Sherry Taylor joined our staff in 2009. She was quite familiar with our program as her son, Alexander, had been a Churchill student since 2007. Sherry received her Bachelor's Degree in 1989 from the University of California and has taught in public school settings in California, Texas and Alabama for 8+ years. She has an interest and training in hands-on math and science, as well as Spanish. In 2007, while teaching 4th grade at Wynton Blount Elementary, Sherry received the WSFA Class Act Award. We are fortunate to have this dedicated teacher on staff at Churchill Academy. You may e-mail Mrs. Taylor at staylor@emailchurchill.com |

Ashley came to Churchill in the fall of 2011 as a first year teacher, but don't let that fool you! Her student teaching supervisor was quick to let us know that Ashley was special; she was in fact, "the best intern" they had ever had. Ashley graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Education in December of 2010. Following her student teaching, she spent the next semester substituting with the public school system. Churchill appreciates her enthusiasm for teaching and her love of students.
